    Model Nutrition Logs

as always. You keep the protein up and the carbs down. Zach is on a low carb eating plan for 10 days and I thought I'd follow along. I finally lost 1 lb after 4 days of kinda doing what he is. I'll go to the supermarket tomorrow and stock up on the proper foods and try low carbs for another 10 days. I just want another 3 lbs gone. Zach said I'm skinny. I just took some head shot photos and they were awful. I ask Zach to take a couple of photos of me. How was your day today? I hope you didn't work too hard. I had a lovely day.

    Hey

Mary--How are you today. This was a whirlwind of a day. Started early this morning with chores and spent time with my sisters and their husbands over dinner (Zach too) we had a wonderful time. I wish I felt like that with Don. Tomorrow I will drive to Don's home in Denville and spend the afternoon there. Have a great night.

    hello, all!

Hello, ladies and gents--I'm taking a breather from DB, but I'm working out, cycling, rowing, and eating right. Maintaining my weight. All is well. I wore myself out in May with too many responsibilities, and it's taken me a while to recover. Just wanted to let everyone know I'm still alive and doing well!

About Me

My fitness program is based on weight training, cycling, and (in the warm months) sweep rowing. My true love is strength training, and I first discovered weights about 30 years ago. I've taught weight-training classes at a local YMCA and once upon a time was a graduate student in exercise physiology. Read my blog at http://primefit.org
