Hoggers
It's pretty frustrating when you're trying to get in and out of the gym as quick as possible by doing supersets and some guy is hogging the squat rack (which happens to be your first exercise). He does one set, goes to the water fountain, comes back and stands in front of the rack for 2-3 minutes before slowly starting another set.

Phew
Upped the intensity a bit for the first workout of the week; less time between sets (about 30 secs., if even that) and 8 reps instead of the usual 6 (and therefore 3 sets per exercise instead of 4). Finished much sooner than usual, but felt close to puking. In the shower, I could barely reach my back because my arms were still tight. That's the feeling of progress!!

Supersets
Started my superset routine this week. My old routine was too long to fit in my lunch hour. Plus, I have been doing that routine for quite a while, so it was time to switch things up anyway. With supersets, I can get in and out of the gym much quicker while still doing basically the same amount of exercises. Supersets are definitely the way to go if you're pressed for time but don't want to compromise your workout intensity.
