    Thanks,

...and you are a workout queen! I have 2 classmates doing Insanity too. How is it? They say its crazy! I'm just finally serious about losing this weight and have a goal to be at a BMI of at least 24 by New Yrs. The Turbulence Training workouts fit my busy schedule. Anyway, thanks again for the motivation, and keep up the Insanity :)

    Keep Up the Good Work

Looks like you've rearranged some of your workout goals... leaving some challenges and joining other ones. I hope you continue staying committed to your workouts. It's fun following your progress and keeping up with your hard work! As you know, it's all worth it in the end!!!

    Calories Burned

Hi Helena, You don't know me but I am new to this tracking and I noticed that you have been doing Chalean Extreme and Turbo Jam for awhile. I have been as well and wanted to know how you input all the information in because when I add say 28 minutes of cardio (burn it off), it only gives me like 30 calories burned. Can you give me some input? Voula

    Nutrition Tracker

Well, since you can customize the nutritional goals to fit your caloric needs (even after Gyminee gives you an initial assessment), I always encourage users/students to modify the calorie breakdowns. In fact, I even check in to see how they are doing on nutrition throughout the semester and suggest they modify their nutrition goals based on what they learn from their eating habits (from weeks of logging) :)
