    Deadlift: 345lbs

    Last night after my work sets my daughter asked how much I was going to do then. I was just going to finish up, but told her 50#. Long story short, new PR on deadlift is 345lbs. Did a 1x2 with that weight. Third rep was a little shaky and stuck about 2/3 before getting it up, so I don't want to count it. But I think I'm past my plateaus on lifts now.

    Another Milestone: 200 Bench Press

    When I first started lifting a couple of years ago I could barely bench 55lbs. I thought I was making great progress when I hit 100lbs. But for the last 18 months I have been driven to get the magical 200. Well, today is that day.
