Bike OMGWTFBBQ I'm fat
Got the bike out today; 40F feels like 65 after a long cold winter. I love riding the bike to the gym because i show up there with a jamming pulse and all warmed up. But wow am I out of shape. Very humbling!

Okay, I think the Nitric Oxide is working. I was able to not only to 4 sets per exercise, but went back to the same muscle groups a few times today. I wanted more; but quite only because I thought I might be in pain tomorrow.

Back after a long break
First, that job cut into my workouts, then I had that crap in my lungs for a month. So, it's been close to 3 months since I've been to the gym and it shows. I'm weak. I'm flabby, too. Vince, the gym owner, was thrilled to see me. I actually had what I'd consider to be a good workout today. I'm gonna be so sore tomorrow.
