Putting things in perspective....
I've been disheartened lately by my weight staying stable and my measurements not changing. But I just put into the "track body" my weights from ages ago - eg, in August 2008 I was 68.8 kilos, March last year I was 60.7.... which has now caused DB to recalculate how my weight I have lost since I joined (which isn't exactly correct since I joined this year). 30.04% - now just have to keep going, and remember how discouraged I used to feel when I couldn't walk to the other end of my uni campus (we have a lot of stairs) without feeling like I was dying!

Boot camp results
Had my final boot camp session today, we had an assessment which was to see how many: Situps you could do in a minute Pushups you could do in a minute Tricep dips you could do in a minute Step ups (stepping up onto a small wall) you could do in a minute We also had a run, I'm not sure how long it was, I work at a uni and do boot camp on campus, so it was just running a bit of the campus. My result had improved, which was great, because in terms of my weight etc I haven't been feeling any better. Situps: Was: 25 Now: 31 Pushups: Was: 33 Now: 40 Tricep Dips: Was 31 Now: 54 Step Ups: Was 31 Now: 41 Run: Originally took: 7:48; Now: 7:10 We all had a massive improvement in tricep dips - maybe all the boxing we did during the course actually helped! We did this the first time 6 weeks ago and again today.

Ate 139 calories and gained 0.5kg????
So as I said yesterday, I felt pretty crap and miserable all day. As a result I barely ate anything, and went to bed as soon as I got home from work. Yesterday I ate a grand total of 139 calories - and I know, this is ridiculously low and unhealthy, but I honestly just had no interest in food yesterday. But I got on the scales this morning - and I had gained 0.5kilo! WTF? I didn't even eat 500g of food yesterday. Just goes to show I need to stop weighing myself each day. It's doing my head in. Final boot camp session tonight - we have an assessment to see how much we have improved, so I'll be interested in the results. So, my nutrition log for yesterday is actually complete, even though it shows I only ate 139 calories. I know that is ridiculously low - and believe it

Looks like someone has a case of the Mondays
Severe case of Monday-itis today. I haven't been sleeping well, and have felt super tired all day. Only 5pm here, about to go home from work and seriously considering having a sleep! Wondering whether I have a bit of a bug, because I haven't really even thought about food all day. All I've had to eat is a few crackers, some weight watchers jelly, and a small apply. Definitely not enough food, but I'm just in such an "over it" mood today. Over everything - life, work, eating, exercising. Putting on weight didn't help, although after eating out a fair bit last week, (had work functions, and then went away for the weekend), I knew it would be great. I know I sound really depressed, I'll be fine, I just occassionally have days like this. Hoping once I have a good night's sleep I'll be feeling a lot better tomorrow. Final boot camp session is tomorrow, so it will be interesting to see if my fitness has improved. I haven't really noticed a difference, but that could be because as the sessions have gone along we have been working harder.
