    Run everyday in August Challenge

    I am 10 days into my personal challenge of running everyday in August. Yesterday I only ran 1.5 miles so I could keep the challenge going. A run, short or long, is proving to keep my nutrition on track and beer drinkin' in check. So far so good.

    Bike Commute

    Starting to feel very strong on the bike again. I'm commuting to work on my bike once/week and not even bothering with cycling clothing, that's always a sign that I am comfortable on the bike.

    Yoga shape

    Being in Yoga shape usually means everything else is in check: drinking less, lifting more, skiing harder. I did a yoga class this week that I knew was pretty basic and it still worked me. That's what I get for not being in good yoga shape.

    Feeling strong

    After 10 days or so of skiing this year my legs are finally feeling strong, my runs are feeling faster and easier....now time to work on my mental game!

    Energy

    Well, for the millionth time I've felt weak and gone to the gym to restore my motivation. A short 20 min run followed by some light lifting took less than an hour and I feel great.
