Try this
Get a really rich tasting hard candy that lasts a long time, like Nips. They are high calorie count for hard candy, but they usually last long enough for my craving to go away. Hope it helps.

Is Difficult
I want to do this, I swear I do. Just walked the block twice. Ran a small section of it. Feel like I could fall down dead, but I am going to go in and do my Wii with Jillian and the Wii Fit. Here I go!

Temptation
This is so hard to do. I wanted doughnuts and root beer and other bad things and I went way off my calorie count and every other count for the day. I have to find ways to be strong on the weekend. This is easy to do during the week when I am busy with work, but at home on the weekend? Not so much.

Trials
I had to make a hard decision tonight when I came home. My mom (who lives with us) had wonderfully made dinner. Unfortunately she had made Hamburger Helper. I made a decision to not eat it and instead made my own little bowl of yummy goodness. Now I am 500 calories from my goal but 3 grams from blowing out my carbs. Suggestions?
