Off to a good start
I made this resolution of becoming physically fit… again. This year with the help of Daily Burn, One Hundred Pushup challenge, and my wife I'll actually be successful. I did my first pushup test this morning. I did 17 pushups. Not bad since I haven't even tried a pushup in almost a year. I'll report back every so often on my progress (probably after each week of tests).
