    Today...meh...

    Well my swim today wasn't what I had hoped for...but I cranked out a super fast bike time...did a flat 13 mile course in 21:46...if I can get a bike time under 25:00 Saturday I'll be thrilled!

    Tuesday...countdown continues...

    Well yesterday between my biking and running I traveled over 40 miles...and the last workout of the day was a very quick (for me) 1.5 miles that I ran in right at 8:00...I was pretty excited about that...really feeling pretty good about my times for the race this Saturday!

    okay, so i'm second guessing whether i should have run 2 days in a row...5 something miles yesterday and over 10 today...and now i'm really hurting lol...oh well...
