DAY 63
Workout = NONE. Uh oh... I'm starting to slip a bit -- usually, on my days off, I do the rebounder and the walk. Went off the track with the daily routine... spending waaaay too much time at the computer, even if it is all about my work. Not going out for walks. Isolating myself from society. Yikes! So I made a plan and I'm starting it tomorrow. Back to getting a life! Peace & Love & Rock'n'Roll, Mudd a.k.a. Uh Ohza :-) xoxo

DAY 62
Workout = DONE! No walk. Didn't even log the rest of my food before the midnight deadline. It's now 20 past midnight, so this report is for yesterday... Friday. This is all because I've been on Skype with my tech friend in P.E.I. who guided me through the updates for WordPress... on both my English & French blogs. But all is well and I'll see you tomorrow. DAY 60
Workout = DONE. No walk... again. See, this is why I'm so grateful that I've committed to the workouts. Because when I get totally absorbed by my work, I don't go out. And since walking was my only exercise before I started this program, I could go for days and sometimes weeks without exercising. But that's the past... and I'm really happy to be exercising every day. Still, it would be better for me to get out of the house and breathe some well-deserved fresh air.
