Seeing Progress
Starting back up in my excerising Routine it's been three weeks. Since my 3 weeks i have successfully loss 5ilbs. It wasn't easy because i havn't been eating right but i'm glade to say I loss it. My abs are firmer, my caffs are harding and i'm seeing shape in my bisepts.
