    Going swimming Wed!

Well, I am off to Kingston on Wed to write my licensing exam. It is going to be pretty weird being all alone like that, I hope everything goes well not just for me but for Dar as well. Once I get there I think I am going to have to hit up the pool at the hotel. I will rest and relax in the hot tub and just try to feel good the whole time

    Feeling good

I just did what I considered to be not too hard of a workout, im not very sore or anything but it turned out to look pretty good on "paper". Hopefully this translates into better stats over time. I am hoping to get my Arnolds up to 30lbs each by Xmas, very realistic goal.

    1 mile in under 9:20

I was very pleased to find myself running my first mile today at a GREAT pace! sadly however, the rest of the run didnt keep pace with that. on the good side i beat my previous time by almost a minute!

    Ran again today

Didn't plan on running but Dar's running inspired me to try doing another 5k today. Might be a bit of over training, but I won't work out for at least a day maybe two. time today, 35:57! Very proud of the improvement especially considering I walked the first .40! This is a big step up and hopefully come Sunday or Monday when I get back in there for another run I will pump out a time of 35:40 or better, I am looking for 10 second improvements minimum for my begining couple of weeks. Later on once I get close to maxing out my speed I will aim for a second or two lol
