Changed the starting weight
I changed my starting weight. I've been thinking about it for a couple of reasons. I remember thinking that day, wow, that's lower than normal. Since then, I've been consistently above that number, reaffirming that something was wrong with my scale that day. So I upped the number by 5 pounds.

Aching today
I got a new video while traveling last week and used it for the first time yesterday. My waist aches today. That's a good thing, right?

Motivation
Oh snap! Motivation from the S to the L to the Penney! =) Thanks! I just rolled out of bed this morning due to a late night working and realized I needed a baf. All clean now and getting ready to head to the gym for some cardio ass kicker-aid.
