Knee is better!
My knee has recovered, but now I it is finals week so I can't work out a lot. I bought a heart rate monitor - Polar F6. I am such a fitness geek! ^__^

Knee Injury
I sprained my MCL and potentially hurt my meniscus last Thursday, so I won't be going to the gym for another 4-6 weeks. :( I will have to keep a watchful eye on my eating...
