Weight Fluctuations
So I did a fruit-only day (until I couldn't take it anymore and had honey nut cheerios at 11pm!), followed by a return to my normal diet. Then I changed scales from the one in my house (kept giving me different weights) to the gym, hence my latest weight of 292.5. Hopefully I'll get back to my routine now. :-)

Honeymoon Cruise
Just got back from a 5 day, 4 night Carnival cruise for my honeymoon, and boy did it have an impact on my weight. Too much rich food, available all day long! Time to get back to work.

Fell off the wagon, and now back on
Had a long party night on Thursday and managed to consume 6300 calories! (Wow) I am back on track now, and looking to still post a weight loss on Monday, which is my weigh-in day. Here's hoping!

Rolling along, feeling good
I ran on the treadmill (well, if you can call 4.5mph running!) for 20 consecutive minutes today! Also, benched 185lbs (set of 10 reps). I feel like I can do more at the gym, which is a great feeling.

Making Some Progress
3 weeks in and feeling OK. Had a break in the routine today and weighed myself at home instead of at the gym. A little peeved that when you end up under the calorie range you are marked as "not meeting" your calorie goal. I have a "C" under Nutrition Status when I haven't gone over my calorie allotment in the last week. Oh well. I need to find some more high protein foods to eat--I keep coming up short on protein. Maybe a powder/supplement?
