She has performed alongside Usher and Marc Anthony, and most recently she appeared on Wild Out Wednesday on B.E.T. Keaira's motivating personality will make you forget that you are working out as you move to the beat.

Cody is a former professional snowboarder who believes that a higher level of fitness can be achieved by practicing freedom of movement within the body. Cody will help you achieve greater joint mobility and improve your range of motion. Cody is a kettle bell specialist and is certified in circular strength training.
- Judi Brown
A marathon runner, extreme hiking adventurer, dancer, softball player, cheerleader, gymnast and mom, Judi is constantly moving. Judi believes in quality over quantity, and she'll help you achieve your fitness goals more efficiently so that you can get out there and enjoy life!
