Each workout routine describes the exercises you are supposed to perform, how you are to perform them, the frequency of performance (how many times per week), and other useful information. Workout programs are rated and tagged by the DailyBurn™ community, making it easy to find the most relevant programs for you.
Find New Exercises
Getting tired of the same old routine? DailyBurn™ has an extensive exercise library that you can use to find new exercises for your workout. After all, if you get bored with your workout, it is just that much harder to stay motivated and get fit.
DailyBurn™ groups exercises by muscle group, so you can find a new exercise for a specific target (such as chest or abs). Also, for most exercises, you can view an intructional video of how to perform the exercise.
Create a Custom Workout
If you already have a workout that you are performing, it is easy to capture that routine in DailyBurn™ and start tracking your fitness online. This is the 21st century, should you really have to track your workouts with pencil and paper?
After you have created the perfect workout program, other people might want to do it too. DailyBurn™ allows you to share your workouts with other members, who can then tag, comment on, and submit their own progress towards your program.
