30 Minute Turkey Chili
This quick chili is perfect for a weeknight dinner when your family craves something hearty. No need to hover over the stove all day - just pop these ingredients in a pot, wait 30 minutes, and serve!

- 1/4 cup of Olive oil
- 1/2 whole Yellow onion
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 whole Pasilla Pepper
- 1 lb of Ground turkey
- 1 can of Kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can of Whole skinned tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of Vegetable stock
- 1 package of Taco seasoning
- 2 tsps of Chili powder
- 1 tsp of Dried oregano
1In a medium skillet, cook onions and garlic in olive oil over medium high heat. Add chili powder and dried oregano and stir for 3 minutes, or until onions begin to brown.
2Add diced pepper and ground turkey to the skillet and cook until turkey is cooked all the way through, stirring occasionally.
3Add whole peeled tomatoes (with the juice), drained kidney beans, taco seasoning, and vegetable stock. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4Serve immediately topped with cheese, salsa, sour cream, and sliced avocado if desired.
