Cajun Spice Tilapia and Asparagus
This spicy low-carb dish is a staple meal for bodybuilders during their fat cutting phase, because this meal is high in protein and nutrition.
- 4 ounces of Tilapia filets
- 10 spears of Asparagus
- 1 tablespoon of Cajun spice mix
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
Coat tilapia in cajun spice mix and pan fry in olive oil over medium heat until fish is cooked all the way through. While fish is cooking, fill a small pot with 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Steam asparagus by cooking in the pot with the cover on for 5 minutes. Drain asparagus and serve with tilapia.
