Coconut Cream Protein Bar
These creamy bars make the perfect post-workout balanced nutrition snack.
- 6 whole dates
- 1 scoop of Vanilla DailyBurn Fuel
- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 2 1/4 cups of shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk
Place all ingredients in a food processor until mixture forms a firm dough. Form into 6 bars, and pat shredded coconut into each bar. Wrap individually. Store in the refrigerator.
