Crab Stuffed Avocado
Crab and avocado makes for a creamy and sweet low-carb lunch treat.
- 1/2 cup of Crab drained and rinsed
- 1 whole Avocado
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of Frisée
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
Slice and avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop out avocado meat and mix with crab, lemon juice, and olive oil. Scoop back into avocado rind and top with frisée.
