Ground Turkey and Spinach Lasagna
This lasagna is packed with vitamin K, calcium, and protein. If you want to cut the calories and fat, cut the amount of cheese in the recipe in half.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb of Ground turkey
- 1 package of Lasagna noodles
- 2 cups of Ricotta cheese
- 4 cups of Spinach
- 3 cups of Pasta sauce
- 6 ozs of Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp of Dried oregano
- 1 tsp of Dried basil
- 1 tbsp of Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, add olive oil and brown ground turkey and garlic over medium high heat.

In a saucepan, boil water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside. Boil spinach until wilted, drain, and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix egg, romano cheese, ricotta cheese, spinach, salt, oregano, basil, garlic, and pepper to taste. Stir until thoroughly mixed.

In a 9x13 baking dish, layer noodles then layer 1/3 of cheese mixture, 1/3 of ground turkey, 1/4 of pasta sauce, and 1/3 of mozzarella cheese. Cover with another layer of noodles. Repeat 2 times, leaving 1/4 of pasta sauce portion and mozzarella cheese to cover the top layer of noodles. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 min.
