Single Serving Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

  • 6 ounzes of Ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup of Oat bran
  • 1/2 cup of Diced pepper
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Diced onion


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until mixed. Scoop mixture into greased muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes, or until meatloaf muffins are cooked all the way through.
