Turkey and Veggie Rollups


Sandwiches are a classic lunch staple, but the best part of a sandwich isn’t the bread - it’s the fillings. We’ve turned a sandwich recipe inside out but using turkey slices to hold the fillings together. These roll-ups also make a fun finger food for kids.

  • 4 slice of Turkey
  • 1/2 cup of Julienned carrot
  • 1/2 cup of Julienned cucumber
  • 1/4 cup of Hummus


Spread a thin layer of hummus across each layer of turkey, then press a mixture of carrots and cucumber in each hummus layer. Roll up each turkey slice and serve, or store in the refrigerator for a quick lunch later.
