Turkey, Egg, and Tomato Cups
Breakfast for dinner is an easy and fun way to mix up your evening routine. Crack a few eggs into turkey cups, add veggies, pop in the oven, and you have a full meal in minutes.
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 slices of Turkey
- 2 slices of Tomato
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place two slices of turkey into two spaces in a greased muffin tin. The edges will hang over, and that’s ok. Crack an egg into each cup, and top each egg with a slice of tomato. Bake for 15 minutes, or until each egg is cooked to your preference.
