Born and raised in New Orleans, Justin has a gentle approach to fitness. He believes in mastering the basics — but "basic" doesn't mean "easy." Justin holds a 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, and has practiced Tai Chi and Zen studies throughout his career. He invites anyone starting out, or starting over to join True Beginner.
