Anja will get your heart racing and test your focus with fast-paced rhythmic cardio kickboxing, plus HIIT workouts that’ll have you blasting through powerful combos on the beat.

The Daily Burn veteran, Nike trainer, and registered pediatric nurse is known for her crazy-intense kickboxing and strength workouts, but her positive attitude makes the seemingly impossible very much within reach.

Phoenix Carnevale

With Phoenix, you’ll develop MMA skills and condition your body with boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu jitsu, leaving you ready to tackle anything.

Karate, Western boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—just some of the martial arts that international fitness expert Phoenix has mastered. But what makes her extra kick-ass is her sense of humor and authenticity. Sure, she's a NASM weight-loss specialist certified in kettlebells, TRX, post-rehabilitation, and more, but she's also a podcast host and pop culture nerd. You'll be hanging on her every word.
