Not that I know of...just keep track mentally until it resets?
I use the liquid coconut milk, it worked well in the recipes I tried. Especially the smoothies.
There are organic ketchups out there too without too much sugar. They taste exactly the same, but are better for you!
I am currently doing cardio sculpt. I have not been sticking with it every day, but most days. I really lost the weight doing the Ignite nutrition program along with cardio sculpt. Cardio sculpt is fun because it is a different trainer each day, and you are doing different things each day. Also, it switches videos after about a month so you get all new videos to do, which makes it less boring.
I can post mine for you if you want! I started Ignite April 1st, and am now in the balance stage. I have so far lost 11 pounds in about a month, down from 167 to 156. It was hard to keep up with the program because friends and family were not doing it, but I ended up getting through it and it was well worth it! I feel healthier, have more energy, and overall feel better about myself.
Amount is not really the biggest deal...I would say a handful? I think they suggest like 21 almonds or something as a snack choice.
Not that I know of...they are trying really hard to promote it, it seems. It is most jarring after the meditation video, where Briohny says you can keep going if you want, and then all of a sudden the commercial comes on...
Depends on the sugar level...shouldn't be over 20 grams for an entire meal. Also, make sure there is no dairy. Then it seems like you would be safe.
I just bought some, haven't tried them yet. I have tried other brands that are 0 points on Ignite. Generally, they taste pretty good, but aren't super moist. Again, though, I haven't tried this exact brand yet. I will comment back when I do if I remember!
The most important thing to do is not eat the Evil 6. If you get hungry again, make sure that you are actually hungry and not just thinking you are, or having an upset stomach or something. The more important thing for Ignite is quality of the food you are eating, not necessarily quantity. Thus, you are allowed to have snacks. I often turn to an apple or something like that as a snack.
The kind that I bought was Full Circle Organic Cooking Stock-Chicken. I think it fits the requirements? It seems to by the ingredients.
I am on day 9 of the ignite diet, and I have already lost 7 pounds. I realize some of that is water weight, but still, it's 7 pounds! I am also doing the Cardio Sculpt videos on DailyBurn everyday. Good luck, you can do it!
Not entirely sure if this is acceptable or not, but I found some sodas in the natural foods section of my grocery store that are stevia-based. So, the only sugar in them is stevia, not artificial or anything. They have all sorts of kinds. This is helping me get used to it because I was a Sprite a day type of person.
Which app-ignite or daily burn? I like the daily burn app because you can watch your videos wherever you are. The ignite app Is okay, but not necessarily needed
If your grocery store has a natural foods-type area, start there. If not, perhaps look for a grocery store that specializes in natural foods. I didn't have a very hard time finding those ingredients... Good luck!
