It will continue on to the next day if you don't complete a workout. At least, that is what it has done for me before!
Hello. It won't cancel the program that you are doing at all, if you don't subscribe to a new program. You can just select another workout and do whatever you want.
I drank the shakes every day while doing Ignite, and I didn't work out every single day due to muscle soreness. I still lost weight! I think it really depends on what else you put in the shakes, really. But I am not an expert or anything.

In the last 3 months, I have lost 17 pounds. I didn't really need to lose a whole lot of weight total, around that amount. I did the Ignite, and then switched to Balance.
Almond butter is fine. They actually recommend it in some of the shakes.
I personally think you will be fine. Generally, most spices don't have added stuff in them...it also wouldn't affect your results too much if this just happened on one occasion...
I have had the hardest time increasing my arm strength. As a female in a law enforcement skills class, where I am largely outnumbered and still have to do the same exercises as everyone else, it really bugs me. Also, I have to be able to pass the test in about a month. The hardest thing thus far to be able to do is dips, since I cannot even do one. Any suggestions?
Search also for paleo recipes, just make sure they are Ignite-friendly too. Those tend to be more friendly than other diets, but still remain aware that they could potentially contain one of the evil 6.
I weigh myself every morning right when I get up. It is more important to focus on how your body feels, and how much stronger you are getting, rather than the number the scale tells you. I tend to fluctuate within a 4 or so pound window, and I do not concern myself if I stay within the window. Maybe creating a window of normal for you might be a place to start?
Good plan. They also have an intermediate too, like a 6 lb.
The medicine balls are great. I would recommend a 4 lb one (or roughly that) to start, if you haven't used one before. If that ends up too easy, increase the weight. I made the mistake of starting with an 8 lb ball, and I could barely finish the workout because I was so tired.
It is hard to answer specifically whether it will make you gain weight...however, the balance stage allows for items outside Ignite. I think that you would be okay, but I don't have any professional experience and wouldn't want you to rely on this opinion. Since you are already trying it, see if it does make you gain weight? And if it doesn't, you will be most likely fine.
