with the change in layout (to the weight and challenge entries), i can no longer hit the save button ... the video player bar pops up and covers the save key. any suggestions? also, the number of calories burned is no longer popping up.

I'm finding it hard to get enough protein in my diet. I eat fairly healthy - lots of veggies, some whole grains, lean meats, etc. I try to put protein in every meal - quinoa, cottage cheese, fish, turkey, chicken, but need more to balance out the carbs. Any suggestions - should I start doing a protein supplement in the mornings?
happy to see the move and db15 additions, but wondering if there will be any new cardio and sculpt/strength full length (30-60min) workouts added? was really hoping to see more of those!
Would be great if they actually meant something besides just getting some little badge ... maybe daily burn should look into hooking up with some sponsorships or something so that our "achievements" can earn actual rewards (despite the obvious reward of getting in shape). :-) Does anyone agree?
I'm using the goals I set up on the daily burn tracker and trying to get to a 50/30/20 (protein/carbs/fat) ratio.
Thanks! Trying to lose those last few pounds & build muscle. I think I'll add a morning shake and cut back on the grains (my weakness). Also, many of my carbs come from fruits/veggies - will that make a difference in my goal or are those "safe" carbs?
