I joined the Stock Up On Snacks challenge.
I don't know and I'm sure it ain't dead on.Still....Really makes me push a little harder.Last time I looked it said I had burned 449 cals and I still wasn't quiet done. So, I will enter it in as 300. Hope that helps at least a little.

No breath holding going on during workouts is there? If nausea is involved you could be really just having a hard workout. Are you cooling down? Maybe you could try cooling down longer then the video does. Worth a shot huh?
