If the workout programs already anticipate you calories burned for the workout - what are the benefits of purchasing the HRM?
I bought a HRM and the amount of calories burned for the workout are still the estimated number at the beginning.
I was on the Depo shot for 3 years.... I gained about 30 lbs. And I didn't realize just how bad it was for me until I got off of it. Coming off the shot was like a detox week I was crying over nothing and everything for about 3 days or so. I have been on the Nuva Ring for a while now and that is definitely my favored alternative. I haven't had weight gain that I can associate with this birth control and for the most part I am not extremely hormonal.
I posted 2 points of sugar for it. 2oz of syrup is 1 serving... and then the chocolate I counted as 1 more point. Hopefully this sounds right!
I ordered an 12 oz almond milk mocha (1/2 pump of chocolate sauce 1oz of coconut syrup and 1oz of almond syrup).
First of all - after doing ignite this drink is incredibly sweet! Oh my gosh!
Plus I took one drink and started getting and immediate headache. I know it isn't the almond milk because I've been having that already. Will that amount of sugar bring on a headache after completing ignite???
Also how many points would I count for the sugar in this?
Another option is fresh fruit and add ice. I like adding the frozen fruit because it gives the effect of the ice without it being watery :)
Does cornstarch have the evil 6 in it?
Corn tortillas are listed as one of the ingredients in a daily burn recipe. So my guess is that they are okay to have... just not at every meal.
From what I've read Stevia is okay since it is not added sugar or a sugar substitute.
