I use pure green-leaf stevia (available on raw websites) and that has no chemicals or preservatives. No cravings either.
I'm vegan, just joined this site (may un-join) and it keeps telling me to eat meat and tofu (which I won't do because 98% of soy is GMO). What don't they understand about vegan? And they say to eat legumes in small quantities? I've noticed the vegan junk food too, but I guess we'll just have to stick to basics. I'd really like to be all raw, but I guess one step at a time. The workouts do look interesting, so I'll give them a try, before I decide whether or not to stay on as a member. After I joined, I discovered the free version. It has workouts too. So we'll see.
I just joined and I am a vegan too. It looks like this is going to have the same problem all the other similar sites - they don't understand vegan. Also, I don't eat soy, and they always want to suggest tofu. 98% of all soy is GMO, so I won't be eating that. I was hoping I would get some support here for my vegan diet, but it looks like that isn't going to happen.
