We've been adding a couple lately, and plan to launch two more programs before the end of the year (trying our best!). We also will be launching more workouts in early 2014. We plan to add more workouts to our programs as well as launch totally new programs.

For now you can just start the program over on August 1st. To do so, you can select another program, then select the program you want on the 1st. We'll add support for starting a program over in the future.

Most of the time things like gluten free pasta use rice flour - which is technically OK but I would think there are better choices out there.
