i just received an email allowing me to try the yoga program free for 30 days. Does this mean it will be an additional cost to what I'm already paying?
I'd like to be able to share my meal plan, and notice in the page source that the note is there, but can't figure out if I can activate it somewhere in my profile settings. Being held accountable on my website would work well for me.
For a week I've done a great job keeping sugar out of my diet, only to finally get the protein powders and find there's cane juice in it.
Wow. Four days in and I'm feeling really good. My skin is clearing up and I've lost weight (though I think this may be more due to the fact that I'm unable to just pick anything up and eat it). But now I have a mom's night out scheduled and need to know if anything might be safe here: http://www.asia-bistro.com/menu/
Anyone willing to help me out? I could try to just not eat anything, but I know from past experience I do better if I can eat when others are eating.
I barely use cooking spray, really only for coating my cast-iron skillet when it isn't in use. Is the trace amount of soy in it going to ruin my Ignite?
When looking at the Ignite page it looked as if there would be a weekly shopping list and meal plan, yet when I look at my dashboard it only shows suggestions for today. Is there no actual "plan" to ignite? Am I missing something?
I see that a lot of people run their DailyBurn videos on Roku. Is it also possible to play them on TiVo? I currently use my laptop, but it would be so much nicer to have it on my TV. Are other options available?
Will we be able to choose the various programs on a day-to-day basis going forward? I'm really love Inteliburn, but could see some fo the other programs being useful at different points of the year. Doesn't really affect me right now, but I'd be interested to know. Thanks!
...actually it's bonking in running, "hitting the wall" is something else. :)
I love homemade oil-popped popcorn. When I worked odd, late hours I would start it before setting things down from work and setting up for tomorrow. Now I just like it on nights I need a little something extra, since we eat early with the kids. When I want it to be sweet I add some unsweetened coconut, but otherwise I love a little cinnamon or chili powder, pepper, or just plain. I get heartburn if I'm hungry when I go to bed, or if I eat anything heavy, so popcorn works well. It's easy to store, and really only takes a minute. And there are SO many popcorn recipes out there. :)
Using frozen things and blending enough has been key for me. Frozen bananas vs. raw bananas completely changes the taste, and when I've used the better blender (as opposed to the $20 one I used to have), I barely notice the powder...except that my smoothie is sweeter.
Cool. I guess the email list doesn't have me as a member.
I know it's not what you're asking, but I didn't realize for a long time that they're "under the fold' on the nutrition page. I agree it would be nice to see them on the profile page.
