Coconut water is my drink of choice -- 100% natural and has the SAME electrolyte balance as our blood plasma. I try to drink one a day. Remember to stay away from the meat (as that is where all the calories are).
The blueberry is consistently ranked number 1 due to its massive antioxidant content. Sadly strawberries are often ranked the worst as they are one of the 'dirty dozen' due to pesticides.
