I haven't measured myself since I started the program, I'm a little worried because if there are no changes I will really be discouraged. Maybe my metabolism is slowing, but I was hoping the exercise would combat that. I sleep pretty well, about 7 hours a night.
congrats! That is what I was hoping for, but not experiencing the same results. UGH!

I have been on the ignite program for 12 days now and I haven't lost a pound. I go up 1 and down 1 everyday. I want to eat healthy so sticking with the diet is not an issue and I have found it to be pretty easy overall to cut out the "evil 6" but I was expecting better results. I work out at least 4 days a week, most of the time more than that. And it isn't like I only have a few pounds to lose....I want to lose almost 20lbs. I am eating smaller portions and only having a couple of servings of fruit a day. HELP! Am I doing something wrong?

I am on day 4 and today has been tough...very tired and have a headache. I used to drink alot of coffee in the morning and have been drinking green tea instead, maybe it is the lack of caffeine. Not sure, but want to start feeling the benefits of the detox.
I just read another post that states that Stevia is aloud on the ignite program
I had knee surgery a few months ago and can't play the sports I used to for another 6 months. I put on some pounds and need something to jump start me. Playing sports enabled me to eat a lot of foods that I shouldn't and not playing, those foods have "caught up" to me so to speak. I also think I may have an allergy to either gluten or dairy and this is a great way to see which it is and how I feel without those ingredients in my diet.
