agreed. I printed out the calendar for the cardio sculpt program. I keep track on that. I write the date I did the workout on my paper calendar, calories burned and how many reps for the challenge. It would be nice if this was easy to do within the program itself.
I like that idea. it is a better measure of success than weight anyway. I wrote mine down a while back with pen and paper.
I breastfed 2 kids. if you get enough water, nutrition and rest, your body has what it needs to make milk. I agree with Alliene. ease into hardcore. the lactic acid that makes your muscles sore can make milk taste different. So that is a concern as well.

Inferno is really good for toning legs. I liked the results from it.
each time you switch programs, you are reset to the beginning of the program. So you can't really switch back and forth.
when you select the workout tab and then discover, you can choose any video and it does not affect your selected program. so use discover tonight for your yoga.
basically what you are doing is self massage. So if it is a place that is ok to massage, I would say it is ok to use the tennis ball on.
your concerns are balance, overheating and water intake. if you are taking these into consideration, I don't see why you can't. especially this early. your balanced hasn't changed yet. as you grow, you will probably want to skip particular exercises that are jarring or require balance or bending in ways that don't accommodate a belly. I hear they are working on pregnancy workouts. Hopefully they will be ready by the time you really start to see a change in your body.
I started Inferno and did the first week everyday. Since then, I do it at least 5 days a week. I sort of toyed with the idea of stretching the 7 day program into 9 days and just keeping track of what workout I am on. So doing them in the Inferno rotation, but on my own schedule. The days I miss are different all the time, so I just do what is on the schedule for today. I miss a different workout every week.
I have done the challenge twice now and do see the improvement. I upped my score by 30 or so. So it seems to be working for me. probably just a little slower than if I did it correctly. :)
when you first pick a program, you are given a suggested equipment list immediately on the next page that shows. the hard way would be to pick each video in the program and look at the equipment needed for that video.
that is definitely do-able. You don't have to eat as little as possible, but just eat smart: lean protein, veggies and fruits, complex carbs. I am curious, what is May 8th?
for some things, I use no weights. for others I use 3 or 5lbs.
congrats on your little bun in the oven. I did yoga while pregnant with some modifications to accommodate the belly. the dance videos should be good for you too.

with yoga, weight loss would be very slow. yoga builds strength and flexibility. the added lean muscle would boost your metabolism.
I had that happen too. I got an award for the 5th video watched when I manually selected my 5th video. I had worked on the TBT program for that long, everyday with no award. So it seems they aren't counting when you do a program, only when you select it yourself.
