I did 2 months of TBT I got results. However I think I have plateau so I need to change it up in order to loose that last 15 pounds. Is this only for an athletes? Or are there levels for beginners?
I Havent seen any challenges in the TBT workout. Are there any and if so where do I find the abs challenge?
I saw that point are rewarded for challenges. I want to take part in a sit up challenge. How do I do that on here?
It seems too focused on the use of the fuel shake. That's cool for working people but I am a full time student $65 is a lot of money and is not in my ramen noodles budget lol. So I just wanna do the workouts :)

I love TBT! It uses my body weight to train and there are different levels. I especially like the fact that Cody is very serious about joint and muscle health. I was a dancer 10 years ago and have many injuries. The workouts are pretty intense but the recovery makes you actually feel good afterwards. Oh and you WILL sweat! Also in the 3 core weeks I noticed changes in my tummy area and my posture improved. I have always hated sucking in my tummy but after this workout it has become easier for me. Hope this helps!
I agree with you here. It is the same for me. No equipment and still I can get results. I like TBT
so how do i find it? I have been looking but havent seen them pop up.
