Thanks for your response. I just wasn't sure because I read that your immune system is working on repairing tissue after a workout and it would not have enough to also fight the cold and it could keep you sick longer. I started my workouts again today, but I took it slow and will build back up to it.
well now I'm ping ponging up and down 2 or 3 pounds. I haven't lost any more just kind of swaying back in forth in the same range. lol
