I used powdered pea protein from my grocery store. It just doesn't have the vitamin content that fuel does but it has plenty of protein in it. Just take daily vitamins on top of it and you'll be fine.
Whenever I eat out it usually tends to be Chipotle, Elevation Burger, and Taco Cabana. Corn tortillas are usually okay as long as they're home made. Elevation Burger's lettuce rapped burgers are actually pretty excellent with their dijon balsamic sauce (just messy!). I'm sure there's other grass fed burger joints out there that will do the same thing (some that have sweet potato fries).
I found some great black bean chips at the grocery store that are good for ignite and delicious with hot sauce. They seem to be sold out a lot so you may have to check around.
Green tea is actually supposed to help naturally with bad breath. Try drinking a cup or two a day.
I add a little almond butter to mine some days. I think it helps make it creamier and taste a lot better. Also use frozen fruit instead of ice.
