The PDF guide is a better format to read and understand exactly what is needed for the Ignite program. Its true that the website is not very clear on giving people the specific expectations of the program. try the guide and then look at the recipes for food suggestion so you don't starve and then go off-plan. http://dailyburn.com/articles....
I just finished the 21 days and feel really good. Sleeping better, not crazy with cravings. The only thing I couldn't stick to was not eating past 8 pm. Sometimes I just didn't get home until that time. The plan still works if this is something you can stick with. best of luck.
ps - I bought pea protein powder and frozen fruit at my local co-op market. Totally worked well.
