I recommend trying TBT first. When you can do that at level three for most of the program, you are good and ready for Inferno. In the meantime you can try some of the Inferno 15 minute workouts, or even the Inferno WTF workouts. They are short and give you a sense of what the program is like.
Actually, when I airplay my workout from my Mac to my TV through Apple TV, my HR monitor data displays on the TV screen.
One feature I have not seen advertised or mentioned is that you can sync a heart monitor to the iOS app but do your workout through a web browser (on a Mac, anyway) and your heart rate displays on the screen if you are air playing your workout.
At this point the best you could do is sign up for one program, screenshot the schedule, then sign up for the other. Then you would need to consult the screenshot to know what workout to look for in "Discover."
That depends on what level you do the workouts in and how hard you push. For example, if you complete TBT with every round every set at level 3, you could go back and try to increase your rep count. If you finish a workout program and do it again the same way it should be easier.
If you want to do two programs at once, you could select one program (other than Intelliburn) and bring up its full schedule and screenshot it, and then select another program and follow it. I did this with Core and DBK. I took a screenshot of the Core schedule, and followed the DBK schedule from the program.
Having done DBK, Inferno, and Tactical Bodyweight Training (TBT) I would recommend TBT. It is a nice transition from Cardio Sculpt to Inferno. DBK is excellent, but if your focus is weight/inches, you may not find it intense enough. (Though you could do the DBK and add another routine if you have the time.)

You can do as many as you want in a day.
I find that when the audio stops working I have to reboot. (Do you mean no audio in the app or just when airplayed?)
If you are running the video on a web browser, there is a progress bar at the bottom that will appear if you move your cursor to the bottom of the screen. On an iOS device, if you tap the screen, a pause icon and a grid will appear. If you tap on the grid, an outline of the workout will appear. You can tap on the place in the workout you want to go to.
Inferno will take your conditioning to the next level for sure
