Thanks for your answer. I am hoping that there is an actual calender because it is easier to see the thinking behind the program. As it is right now, the yoga program doesn't seem very organized.
If there is a calender, then that makes it easier to go and redo previous videos...

I am sorry as I am not on Ignite, but safflower/canola oil is never not processed. That oil is nasty in its natural state and needs to be highly processed. Google "how canola oil is made" on youtube.
You can do that. Just use the explore function while keeping your program schedule as is. The system doesn't "record" our progress as things are anyway. It seems to simply cross things off after that day passes. If I am wrong, someone please let me know.
The only thing I can think of is did you somehow not enter a weight into the site? Could it be related to that?
