I love to workout but I get really bored when I repeat workouts, I'd love it if you added new different types of workouts regularly to make it more interesting to people like me (with workout ADD)
I noticed that there is a bigger selection in Medium workouts than there is for Hard workouts, do you plan on adding more options for Hard workouts? I love your workouts by the way
I'd also love to see some ballet type/pilates workouts and definitely more hard workouts (high intensity) and if possible more variety. I love DB because I like to do different types of workouts to keep me motivated, having more variety would be great!!
For me, it's all about cutting sugar (actual sugar and white breads). It's hard at first but you get used to it. I used to be a sugar/chocolate/cake addict, now I don't crave it, at birthdays I have a small piece of cake and I'm satisfied.
