Thanks for the idea. I was wondering if this would through any concern going through the airports not being labeled.
All I can tell you is that through my experience that the lack of caffeine is most likely the headaches that you are having. It usually takes a little better than a week to shake that off. As for the feeling tired that is a combination of you body detoxing from the processed foods and my question would be, are you taking the multivitamins? If not they will help.

Today is my second day in the program and it is the hardest thing I have done in years. Going from someone who was in great shape to being in no shape is embarrassing. But I want to be around for my wife and daughter for the long haul and the hard work will be worth it.
