I agree that they should add this feature. The programs seem to rigid. There should be a overall calendar not just your program.
I work the night shift also. I have a job in which I can workout at work so I just do DB at my desk. When I can't work out at night I usually work on my days off which is 3 days a week. I also have a burst of energy after my overnights in which I clean, workout, and eat breakfast when returning home and before I head to bed. I have trouble eating lunch because I'm usually sleep during the day. I prefer to work out either very early in the morning or very late at night. I think to each it's own. I have to force myself to eat balanced all day. I'm lucky that I can workout while doing my job.
