until that page becomes available, have you taken the time to watch the TBT video(s) at leat one time through, before performing the exercises? It always seems to help me to watch the video I perform it :)
I finished the whole Inferno program and loved it, moved on to TBT, I did like that as well, but the thing I liked about Inferno is that I felt like I got more of a workout and the workouts are a little bit shorter, so you "in" and "out" quicker, I also like how there is a different workout each day, where as with TBT the workouts aren't interchanged as Inferno. Also with Inferno you workout 5 days a week as opposed to 4 with TBT. Don't get me wrong, they are both great programs, all a matter of preference! I do wish that you could see the workout calendars before you chose your program:)
I started with Inferno, love love loved it! But it is hard! I have been actively working out 5 to 6 days a week for the last 10 years, I have done P90X, Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, and honestly Inferno was the hardest workout program I have ever done! It did deliver some amazing results, the best I have ever gotten! But be ready to get your butt kicked, you do need to be in a decently good amount of shape for this, or go try TBT first, then Inferno. Good luck! :)
Thank you! I refreshed the page and a new workout came up. I will see if this happens tomorrow :)
I finished Inferno, and thought I would try out the Intelliburn program, but each new day when I log in, the same workout from the day before pops up and says that it is my current workout for the day :p Anyone else having this problem?
