    Christmas is just around the corner and my sister is looking for an at-home workout solution. I instantly thought of Daily Burn and would like to buy her a 2 or 3 month subscription as a Christmas gift. Does DB offer gift cards? I'd like to find out before Dec. 11th since that's when the $10 monthly deal expires.

    I like a meal plan that offers recommendations to get me started but also the flexibility for me to change those recommendations. I'd like to see how my meal that I ate stacked up with the meal that was initially recommended.

    I recommend smoothies as well. After a workout I mix in some whey protein with my smoothie for muscle recovery. My favorite is strawberry banana with a little peanut butter, milk, and non-fat yogurt. It's delicious.
