I'm new to Daily Burn and wanted to know if I could do two workouts at a time. I was wanting to do Move for cardio and use another workout for strength and toning.

This happened to me. So, I know EXACTLY where your concerns are coming from!
I have a family that ate huge portions of everything and anything. I decided to start working out and eating healthy. I decided to make the life style change because we have a family history of heart disease and everyone died before the age of 60.
At first my family made weird comments about the food I was eating. They seemed disgusted, but be patient.....sometimes people see the change you are going through and they start thinking twice about their lifestyle.
Now, I have a family full of healthy eaters and gym goers :) If I hadn't been the first to take the plunge, I don't know what could have happened.
Same goes for you....they may follow your footsteps and that would be a great feeling!
You said you having been working out for awhile......how long is 'awhile'?
I too have children and my tummy was the hardest part to see any results. I did notice a big difference but only after I stepped up my ab routine and worked out rigorously. Even though I did tone up and lose some weight, my abs still looked like I have had children. I still to this day have loose skin so there might not be much you can do about that.
